This course is an analysis of the fundamental theories of linguistics and the debates of current lingual research. It will focus primarily on current issues in Linguistic theory and provide you the opportunity to make your own hypotheses through class discussions and written assignments. Students will explore how languages are learned as well as the discovery of languages themselves.
